Cast Partner is seeking a dynamic team member who is eager to learn from and contribute to a growing company. We are seeking a “Hidden Gem”, a person we don’t know that we need (yet). This role will be carved out based on the individual — do you have a background in sales? In production? In fashion? We want to hear from everyone!

Candidates should have a background in studio photography with ability to manage high volume castings.
Job Duties:
- In-studio photography experience required; ideally experience in-studio with clients & brands
- Deep understanding of lighting, technical camera skills, & Fast Capture / Capture One / Casting Networks (plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot photo/video during castings & resolve tech issues independently
Qualifications:
- Experiencing interacting with high-level clients, production crews, etc on set
- Can set-up & trouble-shoot camera equipment & studio technology independently
- Ability to take aesthetic direction & execute based on client decks

Job Duties:
- Supporting the creative team throughout the casting process
- Social media research
- Street scouting / attending events to scout
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy and organized
- Comfortable using Google Drive including Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience with creative programs (eg. Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Able to work in office part-time
- Keen eye for creative detail and ability to interpret creative briefs at a high level
- Adaptable with ability to respond to changing priorities/needs with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills and passion for learning in a fast-paced environment
